Justin Long

Justin Long is an Associate Attorney at Prentice | Long, PC, who recently joined our team of professionals.

Prior to joining Prentice | Long, PC, Mr. Long practiced in the corporate group of an international law firm, where he represented emerging companies, investors, and established businesses in connection with domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, entity formation, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.

Education and Activities

Mr. Long earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Chico in 2018 and received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 2021. While in law school, he served as an Associate Editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law and as a Contracts Teaching Assistant. He also gained practical experience as an Arbitration & Mediation Law Clerk, a Judicial Intern in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, and a Research Assistant at the Fordham University School of Law Neuroscience and Law Center.
